Years ago, the founding family of Manini’s embarked on a difficult journey. They set out in relentless pursuit to develop healthy, gluten free foods that tasted as good as any on the market, so their celiac daughter could enjoy her special diet. After months of research, experimentation, and hard work, what began as a labor of love evolved into a multi-year process to create and market the highest quality, best tasting, healthy flours, pasta, and bread products anywhere.

At the heart of their commitment to quality is their dedication to making all of their fresh pastas, breads and bakery products and flours from naturally gluten free ancient grains. Ancient Grains include Amaranth, Teff, Sorghum, and Millet, plants that are essentially unchanged from hundreds of years ago. The result is a nutritious, fiber-rich, great-textured food that is delicious and superior in taste, texture and nutrition to the vast majority of typical rice and corn based gluten free foods.

Manini’s Gluten Free Ancient Grain products are developed and produced in a dedicated facility free of gluten, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, fish, and shellfish. Batches are constantly tested for gluten to less than 10 ppm and are certified gluten free by the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG), and all ingredients used are non-GMO. All of their products are also approved by the Whole Grain Council.
